1390 Mix Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine
The hybrid laser cutting machine is not just a simple mixture of a CO2 laser and an engraver, but a completely new kind of machine which can process non-metallic materials and thin metal plates at the same time. The hybrid laser cutting machine is suitable for processing a variety of materials like wood, acrylic, leather, sponge and so on. It also applies to some metal materials with a thickness ≤ 3mm such as stainless steel plate, carbon steel plate, galvanized plate and titanium plate. Our newly developed 1390 mix laser cutting and engraving machine is equipped with high-power CO2 laser tubes of 150w/300w/500w/600w to meet different design requirements in different industries.
Machine Feature
The machine is designed with a three-axis system, which is stable and accurate. The laser cutting head can be automatically adjusted to the best focus by following the ball screw transmission system. The fully automatic feeding system ensures high productivity and easy operation. The combined design of this small laser-cutting machine makes it easy to operate and maintain, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
1. Laser power It is available with 150w,300w, and 600w co2 laser tubes, and the output laser power is strong and stable, the processing accuracy is high, the cutting effect is perfect, and there is no after-sales service.
2. Auto-focus following cutting head Following the type of cutting system automatically selects the optimum focus, hereby ensuring the best focusing effect and cutting effect, to avoid cut inconsistencies due to uneven material and different thicknesses.
3. Ball screw transmission system It adopts a Japan YASKAWA servo motor for the transmission system， high cutting precision， fast cutting speed， and perfect cutting effect.
