MDF versus multiplex<\/a>: Wat is beter voor lasersnijden?<\/h2>\n\n\n\nMDF, of vezelplaat met gemiddelde dichtheid, is hout gemaakt van warmtegeperste houtvezels. MDF is doorgaans dichter en gladder dan multiplex, waardoor het ideaal is voor projecten die een gladde afwerking vereisen. MDF is echter ook gevoeliger voor kromtrekken bij blootstelling aan hitte, dus het is belangrijk om voorzichtig te zijn bij het gebruik van een lasersnijder op MDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aan de andere kant is multiplex een houtsoort die wordt gemaakt door meerdere lagen dun houtfineer te verlijmen. Multiplex trekt minder snel krom dan MDF, maar het kan moeilijker zijn om mee te werken vanwege de gelaagde constructie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
